PPD DIPPED GLOVES
PPD is a medical-grade polymer material widely used in medical devices like coating artificial hearts and surgical sutures. It is non-toxic (DMF, Silicone, and Heavy metals free), has zero migratables and meets the most stringent food safety requirements. Fingerprint-resistant, ESD-capable, and with touch-screen capability, it also has great dry/wet/oily grip. Even better, because its production doesn't require processing and disposing of toxic solvents, hardeners and other nasty base materials, it is environmentally friendly and comparatively inexpensive to produce.

Reliable coveralls that fit well and hold up through tough workdays.

★★★★★
Compared to other dipping gloves, PPDc gloves offer revolutionary advantages in raw materials, production processes, and product functional performance.
The production process is pollution-free, utilizing no chemical solvents, no silicon-containing raw materials, no sulfides, and no metallic additives.
• PPDc gloves can fully replace all functions of nitrile dipping gloves.
Furthermore, the entire PPDc product series complies with food-grade safety standards (EN1186, FDA).
In addition to being applicable in all scenarios where nitrile gloves are used, PPDc gloves can also be used in many more application scenarios to protect expensive products that require stringent cleanliness standards. This is due to their properties: being DMF-free, non-toxic, silicon-free, free of heavy metals, fingerprint-resistant, having no migratables, being ESD-capable, and meeting food-grade safety. Examples include high-precision electronic products and components such as semiconductors.
